The information we collect is used to notify you of changes to the website, new releases, or special offers and events we think you’ll find valuable. This information is never shared with anyone beyond the support staff of our website and winery, except when required by law enforcement investigation.

Terms of Service

By purchasing our products, the Customer represents that he/she has read, understands, and agrees to all terms and conditions set forth on this website, and that he/she is at least twenty one (21) years old and has the legal ability to engage in a contract in the State of California. If the Customer does not accept all the terms and conditions set forth within, he/she should not purchase or use our products. It is further understood that these terms are subject to change from time-to-time, in whole or in part, without prior notice.

Opt-Out
Our emails provide users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us. To do so, click the 'unsubscribe' button at the bottom of our emails. You can also email els@drinkdelmar.com with the word ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject line.

Shipping Policies and Information

Due to various state laws, we can only ship wine to the states that appear in the selection box on the order form.

Age Verification

By placing an order with us you are stating that you are 21 years of age and that the recipient of the order is also 21 years of age. We require our shipping carrier to add the Adult Signature option, resulting in the carrier verifying the age of the recipient when the package is delivered.

Receiving a Shipment

If the recipient of the wine will not be at home during regular business hours, we highly recommend sending the order to a commercial or business address where the package can be received and signed for. Orders containing alcohol cannot be left on a doorstep, or sent to a P.O. Box. If no one is available for delivery, two additional attempts will generally be made. If the package is not signed for and received, and is subsequently returned to us, there will be an additional shipping charge to resend the package.
